In Poland, pączkis are enjoyed on Fat Tuesday & Fat Thursday.

Traditionally made to eliminate sugar, lard, eggs and fruit that was in the house. IT’S A NO,NO TO EAT DURING THIS TIME!

         *eggs, fats, sugar, yeast and milk…..THEN TO FINISH…you must fill & dress

        *glazed, covered with granulated or powdered sugar.

        *plum, wild rose hip, apple, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, and Bavarian Cream.
